Civil Project Manager

Fresh Civil Contractor working with private and public clients across the nation on civil infrastructure and land development projects. Project pipeline is secured for the next few years at least, with more bid and tender activity consistently happening. This company is focused on delivering on their promises with second to none work ethics and personal values. This role will see you taking full accountability for a large civil development in South Auckland, benefiting the local community and wider economy.

• Deliver projects across earthworks, drainage and roading scopes

• Complete project to budget, on time and upholding excellent quality

• Hold strong stakeholder management skills for a fast paced and efficient client

• Oversee all contract management

• Prepare, update and monitor construction progress to time lines

• Manage and motivate team and sub contractors

• Run efficient and compliant health and safety on site at all times

• Identify opportunities and risk to ensure profitable project outcomes

You will have experience in land development or civil projects with a comprehensive understanding of the local NZ contract and be able to communicate with many stakeholders and project colleagues. A Tertiary level civil qualification would be desirable and experience with MS Project/Office.
