​Describe your area of expertise and experience?

I have been with Cobalt recruitment for 3 years and I manage the Construction team which consists of Commercial and Client side Construction. We place white collars professionals into all levels of business, including Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors/Estimators, Building Surveyors, Site Managers, Design Managers and any other relevant disciplines. I specifically recruit into both of these spaces at all different levels, both in the private and public sector.

How would you describe your approach to work?

I like to operate as an extension of any business I represent. I pride myself on being professional and proactive with both candidates and clients while being embedded in my market to provide in depth knowledge and insight around the best opportunities.

Why do your clients, candidate and colleagues trust you and want to work with you?

I'm honest and consistent. I think commercially and encourage others to do the same. I take the time to understand my clients and candidates needs to ensure I provide the best possible service and results. I am outcome driven and appreciate every working relationship I have.

What do you love about working at Cobalt Recruitment?

The people. I enjoy working with like-minded, genuine people who take their careers seriously, in delivering a great service for the brand and adding value to clients and candidates everyday.

What do you love most about what you do?

Recruitment allows me to be strategic, to make decisions and to influence. I enjoy building long lasting relationships and seeing the success of that. I also love leading a team in the same direction.
