Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Real Estate

Cobalt is looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant for our Real Estate Team in London.

About You

• You will be outgoing as the role involves getting on the phone and meeting with both clients and candidates.
• You will need to be ambitious; and want to progress your career quickly.
• You should be entrepreneurial; you will have the autonomy to run your own desk and the responsibility to ensure it is profitable.
• You will be money motivated; you drive your own success.
• You will have a strong academic background; education to a degree level is essential.
• You will be interested in real estate.

The Role

A typical day will include headhunting, sourcing and screening high quality candidates; liaising with clients, both face-to-face and on the telephone; as well as selling our services to candidates and clients to win new business. We typically recruit qualified surveyors in a range of disciplines and seniority levels - these can include Investment Surveyors that purchase buildings and Asset Management Surveyors that significantly restructure buildings to improve value.

You will be responsible for building long lasting relationships with clients at leading Real Estate Investment & Consultancy firms.
