Trophy Building Manager

Cobalt Recruitment is seeking a General Manager to take the reins of one of Manchester's landmark commercial properties. Working with a managing agent at the forefront of the industry, this is a global business that is offering a platform for your success across high-end, high-profile buildings.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Displaying a detailed knowledge of compliance throughout your properties, in regards to statutory requirements, documentation, risk assessments and methods statements;
• Managing third party suppliers;
• Managing all finances of the property, including service charge budgets;
• Building lasting relationships with clients, service providers, and tenants within the building - providing a first class property service to them;
• Managing the planned and reactive maintenance for the building, as well as any necessary project works;
• Other ad hoc duties where necessary.

As the successful candidate, you will understand the importance of FM in driving a business forward and in providing a quality service that ensures the working environment is a safe, productive, and enjoyable environment for your tenants. You will be IOSH/NEBOSH qualified, and have a good understanding of hard FM within a total FM framework.
