Senior Investment Manager

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in structure and execution of cross-border investment/ divestment transactions including due diligence and legal documentation process
  • Preparation of investment theses/ proposals on investment opportunities for approval
  • Responsible for carrying out financial modelling and feasibility studies for investment opportunities
  • Assist with analysing asset level and portfolio level performance
  • Support fund raising and other capital market projects from time to time
  • Assist in annual business plan on developing suitable investment strategies in key markets identified
  • On-going management of investment/ divestment projects in terms of forecasting and monitoring financial returns, ensuring fulfillment of contractual terms and coordinating business processes with internal departments and external business partners and consultants

Key Requirements:

  • A good Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics or Real Estate, with at least 7 years' experience in real estate investment management
  • Outstanding analytical and quantitative skills with excel and Argus
  • Possess strong knowledge of accounting, the REITs industry and regulations, as well as a solid grasp of real estate investments
  • An independent and dynamic individual with strong communication skills who loves multi-skilled challenges
