Senior Development Surveyor - Residential and Affordable Housing - Central London
Salary is up to £50,000 per annum.
Plus benefits package and discretionary bonus.
A top UK real estate firm is seeking a Senior Development Surveyor to join their Central London office due to an increase in work from well known developers and local authority clients.
This position would be suitable for a Development Surveyor currently focusing on the UK residential and/or affordable housing market looking to move to a smaller team with more exposure and value add experience.

As a Senior Development Surveyor you will be responsible for:
- Providing clear direction and consultancy advice.
- Guiding public and private sector clients through viability and affordable homes process.
- This will be carried out using; planning policies and market appraisal, development appraisal and strategy formulation.
- Drawing together and coordinating advice from other business units.
Key Requirements:
- Member of the RICS.
- Development appraisal experience.
- Development advisory experience.
- Experience within affordable housing/viability.
- Excellent numerical and written skills.
