Property & Asset Manager

A Property Company based in Canary Wharf is seeking a Property & Asset Manager to join their team, and be responsible for a £500m portfolio of industrial assets. The role will comprise both the daily management of the properties, and coordination of third parties, in addition to working closely with the Director to implement tactical asset management strategies.

The key duties will include:

• Providing property and asset management for a sizeable industrial portfolio - with a view of ensuring the assets are proactively managed and visited, in addition to ensuring value is optimised across the portfolio
• Liaising and negotiating actively with tenants, in addition to visiting sites
• Actively managing third party agents, building managers, facilities managers, and solicitors
• Working closely with the Director within a boutique team, where excellent training and mentoring is expected
• Responsible for daily property management duties across the portfolio

The role is expected to be very well suited to an MRICS qualified Surveyor looking to make a move into client side property company. Alternatively, it could be suitable for an extremely astute APC Surveyor set to qualify in April.

Experience within Property Management is of course helpful, but for any qualified candidate with a strong skill set, the client would be very interested.
