A leading European investment management platform is seeking a Portfolio Manager to join their European REIT portfolio management team, working across the portfolio on a range of assets including office and industrial assets.
The successful candidate will benefit from a wide ranging position covering broad portfolio and asset management, within a fund environment/ context.
It is highly preferable (but not essential) that candidates are fluent in French.
The key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Delivery of asset management initiatives and individual asset business plans
- Continuous drive of asset management execution including reporting and tracking performance and forecasting
- Constant analysis of potential value enhancing initiatives
- Capital structuring, including debt financing
- Hold/sell analysis
- Disposals
- Supporting transactions team on new potential acquisitions
Candidate qualifications and experience:
- Degree in Fiance, Business, Accounting, or Law
- MRICS
- Pan-Fund European Portfolio Management experience or reporting experience or analytical experience
- Experience in underwriting and evaluating commercial RE transactions
