Director of Property Management - Commercial Assets - Central London - UK Focus - London Office
Salary up to £75,000 plus benefits and annual bonus.
A boutique commercial property and asset management company is seeking an Associate Director or Director Level individual to join their small yet highly established team based in London.
Their portfolio is valued at circa £400 million and consists of hotels, leisure, restaurants, office, shopping centres and mixed use assets.
The organisation act as the in house property and asset manager's for a key Fund Manager so their work is retained to them and the other half comes from external clients.
This is the perfect opportunity for an Associate Director or Director Level Property Management Surveyor to join a small niche outfit where you will gain more strategic experience managing their portfolio.
Key responsibilities:
* Working alongside the Asset Manager on the day to day management of the portfolio.
* Understanding and monitoring the portfolio plus regular inspections.
* Tenant liaison, overseeing rent collection, prepare budgets for service charge management.
* Identify repairs and maintenance.
* Monthly reporting to the Fund Managers.
* Support new business initiatives.
Requirements:
* Member of RICS.
* Degree qualified.
* Commercial Property Management experience.
* Ability to add value to the wider development of the business.
* Existing experience with day to day management of commercial property, landlord and tenant experience.
