Day, Night and Head Concierge Positions - Luxury Residential Development - Award Winning Residential Managing Agent
Day, Night and Head Concierge positions available on a high-end residential development located in the heart of London's West End. This development benefits from various onsite facilities including a residents gym, spa, private members club and business centre.
This development is managed by an award winning Block Management company who operates to the highest standards complying with ARMA-Q and RICS regulations. They have been established for over 30 years and have built a solid reputation for delivering results and customer satisfaction on all levels. They have very low staff turnover and invest in all their employees by providing training to assist in personal development.
You will be responsible for the delivery of the highest levels of customer service to all residents, guests and external contractors at the development and will be the first and main point of contact for all queries. Your key day-to-day duties involve operation of the Concierge Desk, reporting to head office management and monitoring of on-site security.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the provision of excellent, 5* concierge service is delivered at the development
- Building strong working relationships with residents, guests, external contractors and colleagues.
- Meeting and greeting Residents, Visitors and Suppliers
- Efficiently managing the flow in the lobby and lounges attached to the lobby including general inspection and assuring tidiness throughout
- Answering all emails and efficiently following up (dealing with requests, logging defects into the system, responding to enquiries)
- Main/First point of contact for Residents requests
- General enquiries
- Travel planning + booking of cars/taxis
- Restaurant/Day - Night out/ Entertainment planning
- Assistance with booking facilities in house
- Assistance with any daily lifestyle requests (flowers, mail posting/collection, shoe repair, alteration)
- Dealing with reports of defects from Residents Apartments by logging into the system
- Handling of all incoming mail/parcels and packages
- Walk around the Residence and completing checklists for visual inspection and in regards to Health and Safety in accordance with company standards
- Overseeing incoming deliveries (goods, food for Apartments, etc.)
- Collecting information from Residents and handling of sensitive information - discretion required
- Responsible for overseeing the key sign in/out process
- Comply with all H&S requirements
- Maintaining and updating disclaimers at the residence
- Working in synergy with all other tenants within the Estate (Retail, Restaurants and Office space)
Skills and Experience:
- Significant experience gained within a similar 5* customer service role
- Previous experience of delivering excellent customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of London, London Markets, Restaurants (Fine Dining) and Events/Happenings is required
- Warm, friendly, personable approach with a can do attitude
- Good understanding of Health and Safety processes
- Astute with computers and knowledge of Windows basic systems and the eagerness to learn the company operating systems.

Working Hours:
Day Concierge - 4 on 4 off rota, 8 am - 8 pm
Night Concierge - 4 on 4 off rota, 8 pm - 8 am
Head Concierge - 4 on 4 off rota, 8 am - 8 pm
These roles offer competitive salaries of up to £33,000pa
