A well-established, privately owned real estate investment management company are seeking a Commercial Surveyor to join their central London office. The candidate will work closely with the Head of Asset & Property Manager on a range of responsibilities, primarily focusing on the management of a multi-let office asset in London.
The key duties of the role include:
- Responsibility for the management of a 6-story, multi-let office building in Harrow
- Assisting colleagues with the management of a variety of other residential and commercial assets within the M25
- Working with the Head of Asset & Property Management to fulfil various duties, including rent reviews, service charges, credit charges, site visits, inspections and client liaison
This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate to join a global, investment management platform, with offices in Canada and the UK. While commercial property management experience is preferred, the client does not require MRICS status for this position.
