Client-side Senior Commercial Property Manager

One of the leading property investment and development companies in the UK is seeking a Commercial Property Manager to join their team and focus on one of their prime, central London Estates. In this capacity the candidate will work in a lean team, supporting the Head of Sector, to ensure the assets are managed optimally.

The key duties of the role include:

• Creating accurate service charge budgets within the agreed parameters and reviewing service charge caps
• Liaising with internal teams; working closely with the asset management team to ensure all value-add initiatives are carried out
• Inspecting buildings within the prime, central London Estate and identifying properties that require major work
• Overseeing the project management of both external and internal PPM works/asset management works across the Estate

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to step up into a client-side position, managing prime, Central London assets. The client are ideally looking for a driven individual who can fit in with their team and assist with upholding the standard of the Estate.
