Our client, a market leading Managing Agent is seeking a professional Building Manager to manage a large single site trophy building in the Stratford. This prominent company is known for investing in their employee's personal and professional development, managing top of the line properties as well as providing first class customer service.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring that the building is maintained to a high standard and in line with the agreed budgets.
  • Managing service charge budgets in conjunction with the Senior Facilities Manager
  • Ensuring that the set KPI's are regularly met.
  • Ensuring that up to date and accurate recordings are kept of FM practices.
  • Undertaking frequent FM audits to ensure H&S compliance is displayed consistently.

To be considered for this role you must possess a broad knowledge of total FM with an extensive background in hard services, preferably in M&E. You must have an emphasis on providing a high standard of facilities service and demonstrate that you can communicate effectively in both the technical and business side of Facilities Management. You must have a strong awareness of Health and Safety procedures and legislation, with IOSH and NEBOSH qualifications being of benefit.
