AVP Cost & Contracts

This is a unique and exciting opportunity based in Singapore as part of the regional team to help this international developer's projects in the region. They are looking for a motivated AVP of Cost & Contracts to join their diverse project team.

You will have excellent stakeholder management both internally and externally to be able to manage the cost, risk, funding and planning of these regional large-scale project. With strong contractual and commercial ability you would have been involved in a commercial team which has handled a very large scale complex development projects from start to finish.

With at least 7 years of experience, with a solid track record, as well as relevant degree qualifications you will have the opportunity to be involved with this fast growing international developer. You must be to read documents in Mandarin as you will be required to understand and work with them.
