Acquisition Surveyor

A specialised Residential Investment Firm is seeking an Acquisitions Surveyor to join their Mayfair office. The firm are expanding their presence into the affordable housing market and so are recruiting for individuals to join this new team. They have begun acquisitions nationwide, and currently have retained funding from a Private Equity firm in order to break into, and retain their presence in, this market.

• The key responsibility of the role is to work efficiently, both independently and in a team, to acquire high volumes of S106 sites nationwide, and in your allocated region.
• This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with strong residential acquisition experience to join a firm closely associated with a well-respected Private Equity firm at such an exciting time of growth.

The ideal candidate will be ambitious, independent, hard-working and adaptable, with extensive experience in acquiring sites. Although exposure to the affordable housing market is desirable, this is not essential. Growth ambitions for this firm are significant, so a candidate who can meet this challenge would be essential.
