An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced L&D professional to join this growing business in this newly created role and become an integrated part of the team.

You will lead the training team and become integral in implementing a career pathway across different platforms and will require someone who is able to work collaboratively using a consultative approach who will help support the development and delivery of their existing programmes.

Key accountabilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Responsibility for implementing career pathways
  • Overseeing all the E-learning facilities whilst having full responsibility for the LMS
  • Identifying
  • Developing training programmes for all business areas
  • Developing an induction programme

To be successful you will need to demonstrate the following:

  • A proven track record of success in a similar role, ideally in a multi-site business
  • Experience of designing and delivering training
  • CIPD or related L&D qualification is ideal
  • Strong facilitator and coach
