Receptionist
Piccadilly Circus
£20-25k
Our client is a successful private equity firm, based in the heart of Piccadilly Circus. They are seeking a Receptionist to join their friendly and hardworking team. The Receptionist will be sat within the main office and be responsible for;
- Notifying company personnel of visitor arrivals
- Providing administrative support to personnel
- Receive, direct and relay telephone, email and fax messages
- Look after the phone switchboard
- Manage & coordinate busy meeting room schedules
- Welcome visitors by greeting them and providing refreshments
- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, video conferences and audio conference calls
- Provide occasional secretarial support and contributes to team effort
- Work closely with the Operations Manager & Operations Coordinator
- Provide logistical support for meetings (Create presentation packs and organise arrangements for catering provisions)
- Help with expenses
You will have the following skills/experience;
- Previous experience in a corporate Reception role
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Excellent telephone and general communication skills
- Ability to multitask under pressure whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality of work.
- A proactive and can-do attitude
