£32k-£38k plus benefits

Our client is a hugely successful town planning consultancy who have been a strong presence in the market for the past 12 years. This organisation currently have 100 people in their London office and are planning to move into 6000 square ft. new offices in the new year, due to company growth. They are seeking an Office Manager who has commercial property related experience and also experience in previously coordinating on Office Move.

You will be responsible for;

  • Coordinating an Office Move in the new year
  • Overseeing two Receptionists
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Dealing with invoices and purchase orders
  • Implementing streamlined office procedures
  • Setting up meeting rooms
  • Organising events
  • Ad hoc administration

You will have the following skills/experience;

  • Previous Office Management experience for a commercial property company
  • Previous experience in coordinating an Office Move
  • Excellent organisational skills
