My client, a well-known independent housing association, is looking for a Business Support Officer to support the regeneration and neighbourhood housing teams.

This is truly an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take a step into the real estate sector, or someone who is looking to build on their existing experience.

Responsibilities include

  • Compile new let packs
  • Assisting with tenancy agreements
  • Draft and send letters
  • Raise purchase orders
  • Look at process improvements
  • Run reports, produce graphs and analyse data
  • Carry out auditing tasks for the Regional Manager
  • Assist with project work
  • General administration for the team

The ideal candidate

  • Administration experience within a busy environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to prioritize your workload
