Senior Investment Associate

Our client, a highly funded international private equity firm, is looking to add a Senior Associate to their growing team in Singapore.

A private equity firm with a strong track record of investing in and managing a diverse portfolio of education focused assets globally, my client is a well-respected and highly successful establishment that offers a great deal of autonomy for the successful candidate.

The successful appointment would originate, evaluate, negotiate and execute investment transactions. This should be someone with demonstrable experience investing in Southeast Asia.

Key responsibilities:

• Financial modelling & analysis
• Preparation of investment proposals & due diligence
• Evaluation and monitoring of investments
• Preparation of reports & presentations to investors
• Investor presentations & business plans (including financial models)
• Liaison, coordination & supervision of third party consultants including banks.

Key requirements:

• Have 3-7 years’ experience in an M&A investment, direct investment, Financial advisory or Consulting role. 
• Possess an exceptionally strong quantitative and financial skill set with the ability to build financial models and lead on due diligence processes
• Have a good transactional track record
• Experience in the Education sector will be favourable to your application.
