Senior Building Surveyor

Remuneration
£300 to £350 Per Day

The Role
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will have a varied array of responsibilities including;
- Condition Surveys
- Building Surveys
- Part Wall matters
- Defect Diagnosis
- Project Management
- Specifications
- Design work
- Report Writing
Candidate Requirements
- Experience having worked on corporate buildings ideally within the public sector
- MRICS/MCIOB
- MSc/BSc in Building Surveying
- Experience in dealing with project focused building surveying matters
- Committed to career progression
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated, ambitious and organised
