Project GM (Infrastructure and Buildings)

Cobalt is working on an exciting position to take the lead in both building and infrastructure projects for our well-known construction client. This Project General Manager position will require a unique set of skills and experience.

This position will be responsible for leading a team to handle major infrastructure as well as building projects in Singapore. A proven track record of excellent stakeholder management to be able to work with government agencies, authorities and senior internal and external stakeholders on major public projects or landmark Singapore projects is required. With a minimum of 15 years of experience, this role requires expertise in the construction and project management field for huge infrastructure projects as well as commercial buildings.

Armed with your technical expertise you will be able to influence top-level decisions with your written, verbal and presentation skills. Your ability to manage the team is critical to the success of this role to ensure that it is always focused on the companies goals.
