Project Director Reconfiguration

Cobalt Recruitment has the pleasure of working with a leading top 10 global real estate and financial advisory organisation based here in London that is looking to appoint a Project Director for their internal programme management of office fit out, relocation and move management.

Working on a fixed term contract, you will be responsible for the successful transition and relocation of their office HQ by working with a number of stakeholders in the business and their associated work streams. As Project Director you will manage the identification, appraisal and cost effective programme delivery of building reconfiguration, internal refurbishments, move management and re stacking, commercial fit out and estate disposal. You will need experience in strategic move management as well as conventional project delivery, construction programming and sequencing and a wealth of knowledge of contract administration.

Due to the importance of the successful delivery of this scheme, our client is looking for a senior level individual (ideally MRICS or MAPM) with the experience in a similar capacity within a leading corporate organisation.

12 month fixed term contract (likely to extend)
