Project / Development Manager - Entrepreneurial development business - London

£60,000 - £70,000 + Benefits + Bonus circa 20%

We are representing an exceptionally dynamic new development business with west end offices who are looking for a Project / Development Manager. They are a primary funded developer with a focus on the mid to high-end residential and mixed-use market. They have a small and very entrepreneurial team, coming from some of the top high-end residential developers in London, which they are currently expanding due to acquisition of further development sites bringing their pipeline to circa £150+ million.

The Project / Development Manager will take the lead on two developments reporting into the head of development. The role will involve appointing and overseeing the external professional teams and main contractor and overseeing the full 360 development process. The current development is circa £15 million involving the new build of 30 high-end units in zone 2 and a smaller £2 million refurbishment of an existing city residential asset.

Requirements:

• BSc in Construction, Project Management or Architecture
• Consultancy or developer background
• Good experience in delivering mid - high specification turnkey projects valued between £1 million and £20 million
