Project / Construction Manager - Mid / High end Developer

A prime London based residential lead mixed-use development business, with exceptional funding, are looking to appoint a senior level Project Manager / Construction Manager to run their secure and fully funded high-end residential developments. They are looking for someone who has a passion for residential development and who is keen to take the lead role to oversee and manage these contracts on site in addition to working with the design team in the office.

Remuneration:

£60,000 - £70,000 + Benefits + Bonus (flexible depending on experience)

The Project / Construction Manager will be joining a small team of exceptional pedigree and working at the coal face of the investment and developments seeing them through from site acquisition to completion. The initial £13 million town house and 30 apartment new build development has secured planning and therefore will be more post contract biased appointing the professional team and main contractor and they are looking for a person who has good technical knowledge of how sites and high-end residential projects work. The Project / Construction Manager will be leading the development reporting into the head of development and working with the team as the business expands.

They are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, with the ability to drive the project on site and work well within a close team in the office.

Requirements:

• BSc in Construction, Project Management or Surveying
• MCIOB or MRICS qualification preferable
• Multi unit Mid / High end residential experience either within the Main Contractor, Developer of Consultancy environments
