We are now recruiting for a newly created role with a highly lucurative organization who have a strong foothold across Australia and New Zealand.

You will be a pivotel part of the Senior Management Design team working closely with Consultants, Engineers and Contractors to advise on complex projects that are changing the face of New Zealand. On a day to day basis you will be using your knowledge of NZ3604 and NZ building codes as well as your expertise in Architectural processes including on site management, coordination, documentation, drafting and detailing. This is a role like no other where you will not be tied down to your desk or the usual 'hum drum'!

For your skills you will receive:

You will need:

• Strong communication skills and excellent literacy skills
• Working knowledge of Revit or a similar software.
• Good understanding of NZ building codes and NZ3604
• 6 + years experience as a Senior Technician/Architect
