CDM Advisor / H&S Inspector

This is a fantastic opportunity for a CDM Advisor / H&S Inspector to join an international award winning construction consultancy. You will have the opportunity to work with multiple private and public sector clients on a mixture of new build, maintenance and refurbishment projects across London.

Remuneration

£45,000 - £55,000 (depending on experience)
Plus additional benefits

Job Role

Your role will be to advise all clients on their duties under CDM Regulations and act accordingly to ensure their compliance throughout.

  • You will be responsible for planning, managing, monitoring and coordinating Health & Safety on all phases of construction.
  • Carry out site inspections and deliver high quality reports adhering to deadlines.
  • Review, comment and advise on the suitability of contractors health and safety management documentation to ensure all risks have been considered.
  • Manage multiple projects and identify residual risks throughout all stages.
  • Provide Health & Safety advice, guidance and coaching to project teams when required.

Candidate Requirements

  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate
  • IOSH Membership
  • Strong knowledge of asbestos, gas, electric and legionella compliance
  • Experience of Health & Safety within construction, in particular new build and refurb
  • NVQ in Health & Safety is preferable
