CDM Advisor / H&S Inspector
This is a fantastic opportunity for a CDM Advisor / H&S Inspector to join an international award winning construction consultancy. You will have the opportunity to work with multiple private and public sector clients on a mixture of new build, maintenance and refurbishment projects across London.
Remuneration
£45,000 - £55,000 (depending on experience)

Job Role
Your role will be to advise all clients on their duties under CDM Regulations and act accordingly to ensure their compliance throughout.
- You will be responsible for planning, managing, monitoring and coordinating Health & Safety on all phases of construction.
- Carry out site inspections and deliver high quality reports adhering to deadlines.
- Review, comment and advise on the suitability of contractors health and safety management documentation to ensure all risks have been considered.
- Manage multiple projects and identify residual risks throughout all stages.
- Provide Health & Safety advice, guidance and coaching to project teams when required.
Candidate Requirements
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate
- IOSH Membership
- Strong knowledge of asbestos, gas, electric and legionella compliance
- Experience of Health & Safety within construction, in particular new build and refurb
- NVQ in Health & Safety is preferable
