About the Company

Award winning multi-disciplainary Studio is seeking a talented, design led Architectural Graduate with a minimum of 4 years post-graduate experience to join their funky, modern office in the inner-city fringe.

This is an exciting opportunity for the successful graduate to work collaboratively with the Director and Senior Management team in a mentored environment, being exposed to a wealth of project knowledge and architectural know-how.

To be successful you will have a natural flair for design and have experience across a range of mid to large scale projects, with the ambition and motivation to take your career to the next level!

About the Role:

• Producing concept designs on ArchiCAD or Revit
• Delivery of innovative projects 
• Working alongside Senior Registered Architects
• Producing resource and building consent documentation
• Site measurements and visits
• Liaising with contractors, consultants and council

About you:

• You will have a B.Arch / M.Arch qualification
• Strong knowledge of ArchiCAD or Revit
• Knowledge of the New Zealand Building Code and NZS3604
• 3 to 4 years experience in a New Zealand practice is essential   
• Highly creative and motivated to deliver excellence in sustainable buildings
• Enjoys working in a collaborative team environment
