Part-time Lettings Accountant
£27k - £35k

My client are exclusive property developer currently heading up a large redevelopment project. They are seeking a Lettings Accountant on a part-time basis to join their well established Accounts team.
To summarise:
- Raising tenant demands and reporting to landlords on a monthly basis
- Handling queries from tenants, landlords and other internal staff
- Preparing P&L and balance sheet and discussing KPI results with senior management
- Compliance with the Non-Resident Landlord (NRL) legislation
- Bank reconciliations and collecting rent and other ad-hoc charges
- Assisting the wider finance team as and when required
Personal specification:
- Familiarity with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme and the Non-Resident Landlord Scheme
- Previous experience working in a residential Client Accountant/Lettings Accountant position
- Experience using property management software such as Tramps, Qube, Yardi, MUS etc.
- The ability to work under pressure
- Good written and oral communication skills
