Financial Accountant

Our client is a hundred billion dollar global asset manager focused on Real Estate, Clean Energy and Infrastructure assets across Asian powerhouse economies. They are currently seeking a financial accountant who will be responsible for supporting the Financial Controller in regards to all aspect of accounting, finance and operation matter for entities within Singapore, China and Hong Kong.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Preparation of monthly and quarterly management reporting
• Work closely with the external service providers on day-to-day fund administration matters.
• Annual statutory audit
• Annual budgeting, business plan, cash flow and forecasting
• Preparer role for banking transactions
• Compliance reporting (CMS / SFC License)
• Develop good relationships with fellow team members to foster a culture of financial and operational excellence.
• Build key relationships with external stakeholders
• To handle any other jobs, tasks, assignments or ad hoc projects as assigned by the Company from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
• At least 4 years relevant work experience
• Professional Accounting Qualification (CPA/CA)
• University degree in accounting and/or finance

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Prior real estate/private equity/infrastructure/fund administration finance experience preferred
• Prior audit experience preferred (but not essential)
• Mandarin speaking/reading (but not essential)
• Sound knowledge of SFRS/IFRS
• Advanced computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office applications
