Our client, a FTSE 100 Real Estate Investment Trust, is seeking a Development Business Partner to join their team. The firm owns over £14bn of assets, including UK retail, Central London offices and prime residential properties. With a small head office size of 250 people, entrepreneurism and responsibility is promoted within the company.
Joining the team in London, the successful candidate will provide financial analysis and cost control for the development portfolio as well as business partner support to the Development and Asset Management teams.
Responsibilities:
- Provide insight and financial analysis and appraisal for the developments
- Production of regular management information
- Oversee financial and corporate management of the development structure
- Quarterly reforecasting of capital and revenue flows
- Review and oversee forecasts for future development spend
- Liaise with investor relations, tax and wider finance team
- Attend monthly capex meetings
- Ad-hoc transaction support as required
Requirements:
- ACA qualified
- Degree (2.1) or above
- Confident analysing complex transactions
- Excellent IT skills
