This will be a Senior role within the Wellington office and will work closely with senior management across the region. You will take charge of high-profile projects that are adding value to this area while being a senior mentor to younger PM's. You will be responsible for decision-making and guidance on major issues relating to the execution and delivery of projects and company strategy. This will include managing and developing client relationships and contribute to the development of the business. In this role you will focus on providing successful delivery and management of new build, refurbishment and fit out project services to clients across an exciting portfolio covering particularly commercial, residential and education.
What the right candidate will look like
- 6-8+ yrs Project Management experience in a client led environment
- Industry recognised degree qualified
- Natural leadership capabilities possessing honesty and integrity
- Excellent attention to detail and able to absorb a sea of information
- Proven project delivery and local network would be desirable
- Experience across design and stakeholder and risk management
