We are looking for a city fringe firm in a mid-senior level property/general practice lawyer that enjoys a role with variety and one where you work with a range of private clients as well as small-medium sized businesses. You'll be working in a collegial team, with good administrative support. The firm is succession planning so would ideally suit someone keen to move into partnership in the short-medium term.
This is a role focusing on property but also broader commercial and private client work. On a day to day basis you'll be responsible for file and client relationship management in relation to a range of matters including residential and commercial property transactions, commercial leasing, subdivisions, trusts, wills, refinancing transactions, estate administration and related matters. You'll have the support of partners who are experienced in this work who can provide the necessary mentoring.
You will have:
- 6+ years PQE in general practice / property work;
- An ability to build a rapport with clients and cultivate strong client relationships;
- Good communication and problem solving skills.
