You will be working as a Senior Associate at a reputable full-service firm, with blue-chip corporate clients on a variety of lucrative property transactions, commercial leasing, property development, property financing and company structuring matters. You will represent the Commercial Property team as a trusted adviser dealing directly with clients and playing a lead role with the support of expert partners. It's important that you have commercial astuteness to be able to communicate with stakeholders and clients in a meaningful way.
About you
NZ qualified lawyer with 7+ years of relevant property and commercial legal experience;
Good university academic record;
You will have a proven track record within a reputable firm, ideally with some large firm experience (those with some in-house property experience may be considered also).
This is a rare opportunity to take on a Senior Associate role working closely with partners on strategic deals for the firm. The firm is succession planning so there are genuine partnership prospects for the right person.
