The firm has experienced continued growth through this period and is looking to hire a mid or senior level lawyer with at least 5 years experience in residential and commercial property transactions, commercial leasing, subdivision / development work, refinancing, business structuring, wills, trusts and design and build agreements.
The firm practices across other areas too which means that if you have an interest in a different field there is scope to be involved in that but they're ideally looking for someone that has done property work at their core and is looking for a role that can provide growth, quality work and a decent work/life balance.
About you:
- A 5+ year PQE NZ qualified lawyer;
- Good client relationship and interpersonal skills;
- Experience gained in a well-regarded firm where you have some transactional experience; and
- Practical skills that are just as good as your technical legal skills.
