Property & Commercial Lawyer

This practice remains busy and due to an internal shift, would like to hire an additional Senior Solicitor (or Associate) in their Property and Commercial law team. Now could be the time to reassess where your career is headed and where you'd like to be based, lifestyle-wise, to continue to build on your skills and experience in the commercial property area. Working with a well-respected partner that has a commercial property focus in their work but does some broader commercial and private client work, you'll be involved in a range of work including residential and commercial property transactions, subdivisions, unit title matters, commercial leasing, business transactions, company structuring, property financing matters, franchising and related matters. The firm has a strong reputation in the market and this team includes a real mix of seniors, juniors and legal support staff so you will be well supported in the work that you do, under the mentorship of an approachable partner.

The ideal person will have:

• 3-5+ year's experience in property/commercial law work within a well-regarded law firm;
• Strong client relationship management and interpersonal skills;
• Enjoy being involved in both larger and smaller property deals, structuring and project matters and keen to be challenged in the work you take on; and
• An ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
