Post-lock down, this practice remains busy and due to growth would like to hire an additional Solicitor / Senior Solicitor in its Property and Commercial law team. Now could be the time to reassess where your career is headed and where you'd like to be based, lifestyle wise, to continue to build on your skills and experience as Tauranga is a region that has plenty to offer.
Working with two partners, you'll be mentored in a range of property and commercial law work - residential and commercial property transactions, business transactions, company structuring, commercial leasing, financing matters, franchising, shareholding, licensing matters and the like. The firm practices in a few areas and is of a reasonable size to provide a great social team environment.
The ideal person will have:
- 4-6 year's experience in property/commercial law work within a well-regarded law firm;
- Strong client relationship management and interpersonal skills;
- Enjoy being involved in both larger ands smaller deals, structuring and project matters; and
- An ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
