Partner opportunity | Commercial Property

Our client is a well-established full service Auckland CBD firm offering a salaried partnership opportunity (or equity if you have a sufficient transferable client base). You will be a senior 10+ year experienced commercial property specialist lawyer with solid experience in subdivisions / development, commercial property acquisitions & divestments, commercial leasing, unit titling matters and related areas such as overseas investment. You'll work with existing clients that are developers, investors, corporates and high net worth individuals.This is an opportunity to work in a well-supported collegial team environment, that is working well through the COVID-19 situation. You'll have the experience of other experienced practitioners in other areas e.g. litigation to ensure that your clients needs can be serviced across the board. The firm supports its partners in business development and marketing activities with a clear partnership model in place.

What you need to succeed:

• 10+ years legal experience with solid experience in the commercial property law area (including recent NZ private practice experience);
• Experience gained in a reputable firm;
• Driven to be a leader and expert in your field; and
• NZ qualified lawyer.

This is a chance for a Senior Associate / Special Counsel from a large firm to step up into a lead position or someone that is at partner level looking to move to a full service firm environment where they'll have adequate junior level and management support.
