Litigation Senior Solicitor | Wellington

Our client has a well-established litigation team that operates across complex commercial, civil, employment and health & safety spheres. They are looking to hire a talented litigation lawyer with 4+ years' solid litigation experience dealing with either commercial, insolvency, construction, civil, employment or regulatory disputes.

If you're someone who enjoys a varied role, where you can be immersed from start to finish on complex litigated files and help resolve issues that arise then this could be the role for you. You'll be able to be involved in High Court litigation matters, adjudications, arbitrations and complex trials as part of this role working partners in the Disputes teams.

About you:

• 4+ years' PQE in litigation (a broad mix of civil and commercial litigation experience would suit, but we would also consider employment lawyers with contentious experience);
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to cut through issues and problem solve;
• A good academic record; and
• Experience gained in a reputable firm - whether large or small.
