Litigation Lawyer | Christchurch

A rare opportunity has arisen for an Intermediate Litigation Lawyer to join a well-regarded Dispute Resolution team in Christchurch. You will work with respected partners who provide mentorship to Solicitors and Associates in the business. As part of a reputable law firm with a strong brand in the market, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of commercial and civil litigation matters including but not limited to:

• Contract disputes;
• Negligence claims;
• Professional indemnity;
• Construction issues;
• Arbitration and regulation proceedings; and
• Trusts, estates and property disputes.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• 2-4 years PQE;
• Good academics - B average or higher;
• Litigation experience gained in a reputable firm;
• An analytical mind and an ability to work proactively and problem solve;
