My client, a family focused, friendly law firm is seeking a ambitious 'go-getter' with a 'can-do' attitude to provide top notch Legal Secretarial support to their Property team. This is the perfect opportunity for someone with 1-3 years Legal Secretarial experience behind them, to work closer to home and build on their knowledge within Property law.
This newly created role is working for a lovely Senior Legal Executive and friendly Solicitor who will really appreciate your efforts. The position has a reasonable component of dictaphone typing so experience in this is a must, as is a fast and accurate typing speed. You will be working mainly within the areas of Property law, and to a lesser extent, Trusts and Estates with the usual Legal Secretarial duties are required including dictaphone typing, file management, client liaison and billing. There are opportunities for you to become more involved with Property files too, if this is of interest to you so there are some real career advancement prospects in this role.
You will be a highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills, who will be focused on delivering exceptional legal administrative support to your team. To be successful in this role you will be detailed oriented, can take direction and multi task, along with strong computer skills, including the ability to touch type, combined with a pleasant phone manner and an excellent command of English (essential).
