Are you a qualified Legal Executive looking for your next step? Want to run your own Residential Conveyancing files and build on your Legal Executive knowledge of Subdivisional work?

This fantastic South Auckland based role is a rare opportunity, working for a switched on, friendly team who really need your help. This busy role will offer you the chance to work on a range of Residential Conveyancing and Subdivision files with the occasional Trust and Estate matter thrown in.

Secretarial support is available if you are very experienced, however they are looking for someone who is capable of pitching in as part of the team and working in a self - supported capacity when needed.

Minimum two years experience required and a Legal Executive qualification is strongly preferred. Legal Secretaries / PA's working in a quasi Legal Executive capacity may be considered if you can prove that you are able to handle Property files with minimum supervision.
