Are you a qualified intermediate to senior Legal Executive looking for your next step? Want to run your own Property files and build on your Legal Executive knowledge in other areas of law?

This fantastic, highly regarded firm has a rare opportunity, working for a fun, friendly team who really needs your help. Experience within Residential Conveyancing, Commercial Property and Trusts would be ideal, or at least solid knowledge in Property with some exposure to other areas of law. You would be working with title plans, LIM reports, building contract purchase agreements, loan agreements, trust resolutions and AML due diligence.

A minimum of 3 years experience as a Legal Executive working in a property team or law firm in NZ is strongly preferred.
