Legal Executive | Commercial Property with ref.

Our client has a strong brand in the legal market and has gone from strength to strength in the last year. Due to ongoing interesting projects, they are now looking to hire a registered Legal Executive to join their commercial property team.

As the Legal Executive, you'll play a key role in helping this ambitious team deliver on their development projects by offering top-notch support to the authors on various aspects of property transactions (including running conveyancing files, project management of large builds, drafting agreements and assisting with settlements).

Ideally you will have 3+ years Legal Executive experience within property, a commercial and subdivision background would be advantageous. If you have worked with complex transactions and settlements you would be well suited to this role, or if you have solid experience with property law and would like to further develop your skills in a commercial property team we would still be interested to speak with you. A proficient working knowledge of Excel is needed to ensure that you will thrive in this environment.
