My fabulous client is seeking to appoint a professional and high achieving Legal Administrator / Office Manager to support their lovely team. This is a newly created role so you would be able to really make a difference to this team.
The hours are completely flexible (30 hours per week) so you can fit this in around your personal schedule!
As this is a great 'all-round' position, experience as a Legal Secretary is essential, as is someone with excellent spelling and grammar, a professional demeanour, excellent client relationship skills and a typing speed of minimum 60 words per minute is required.
This is a fantastic role for someone who thrives on variety as it has three components to the role:
- Typing and formatting of legal documentation and correspondence
- Management of all administration within the firm
- This is ideal for someone with a flair for design who is open to becoming involved in promoting their brand and updating their website.
This is a role which is more than your standard Legal Secretarial role. However, you do not require a marketing degree and they are willing to train if you have great technical skills.
They are seeking someone who has the ability to think ahead and use their initiative once they have an understanding of the team's requirements and they offer a fun, transparent work culture where there is plenty of opportunity for you to take on more responsibility over time, plus a very competitive salary.
