General Practice lawyer | South Auckland

We are looking for a 2+ year level (those more experienced may be of interest too) lawyer to work in a team with a Principal, lawyers and support staff in residential conveyancing transactions, commercial leasing, refinancing transactions, trusts, wills, estate administration and related general practice legal work. You'll work with clients that are mainly private clients in providing advice in terms of their personal affairs, as well as small-medium sized businesses and private developer clients. You will be someone that is proactive and willing to get stuck in but will have senior level support to guide you on more complex files.

The ideal person will have:

• 2-5 years PQE in general practice and property work. Some private practice legal experience is a must in NZ;
• An ability to build a rapport with clients and cultivate strong client relationships;
• Good communication and problem solving skills.
