General Practice Lawyer | Senior

Our client is a mid-sized, general practice law firm with a long-standing and well-established multi-generational client base. They are looking to hire a senior-level lawyer due to growth at the firm and movement internally. You'll be involved in a variety of general practice work which has some scope to be tailored towards your interest areas but the work could include residential and commercial property transactions, trusts, wills, asset planning advice, relationship property agreements and advice around the division of relationship property. The ideal candidate would have at least 5 years PQE with existing private practice experience in two relevant areas. There is the possibility of some flexibility in hours if required.

About you:

• 5+ years' PQE with experience across two of three core areas (property, trusts and relationship property);
• Good client relationship and interpersonal skills;
• Experience gained in a well-regarded firm;
• Practical skills that are just as good as your technical legal skills; and
• NZ qualified lawyer.
