Our client is one of Australasia's largest builders and developers of age care villages valued over $100m. They pride themselves on the quality and timely manner with which they complete their projects, and high Health & Safety processes that they have in place.
Due to one of the projects coming to an end they require two experienced fit-out foremen to assist them with the completion of the project. In this role you will be responsible for managing your team while liaising with subcontractors and project manager, maintaining the required standards of H&S, and assisting with procurement.
This is a 4 months fixed term contract role that opens other opportunities across the country with the company.
Key selection criteria
- Trade qualified
- Experience in large commercial fit-outs, healthcare sector is beneficial
- 3-5 years of experience of working in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent people management skills
- New Zealand residency
