The work will involve a mix of private paying client work in the areas of Care of Children, parenting and protection orders, spousal maintenance, domestic violence, relationship property (both agreement drafting and handling RP disputes) and negotiating settlements.

We are interested in speaking with you if you have the following:

• 3+ years' PQE in dealing with Family Law matters;

• Experience in appearing at the Family Court and the High Court as well as providing advice and facilitating mediation sessions.

• Passion for improving people's lives and striving for mutually beneficial outcomes;

• Willing to go the extra mile for clients in need;

• Meticulous and detail-oriented ensuring the highest quality of work.

• Able to handle ​a busy caseload
