Employment Lawyer | 2 x roles

Role 1

Working within this family friendly city practice, this is a role for a 5+ year experienced employment lawyer or employment relations advisor that involves mainly working with businesses in drafting/advising on employment agreements, advising clients through redundancy and restructuring processes, working on employment aspects of corporate transactions, handling personal grievance matters and related work. While the work is mainly employer based, there is some employee representation work too. The work will have an advisory (non-contentious focus) but there is still the chance to take a lead in mediations and ERA too for contentious matters.

The role could be permanent or contract (contract length can be discussed). Depending on what you're looking for, there is the work flow available.

Part time and flexible working hours are able to be provided. You'll be working in a collegial close-knit team where you'll have the ability to run files with a good degree of autonomy. If you're keen to expand into other areas such as relationship property and private client work, that would be possible too.

Role 2

Working in a top end specialist practice, you'll be involved in the full gamit of employment law work, both contentious and non-contentious issues working with two well-respected employment law partners in the industry.

The role is at the 2-4 year PQE level and your background will include some employment law experience, solid academics and having gained experience within a reputable firm. This is an opportunity to be mentored by some of the industry's best.
